1. Customization & Orders 🛠️
All products at Cr8iwitty are made-to-order. Once a custom design is approved and the printing process begins, no changes can be made. We reserve the right to refuse designs that are copyrighted (unless owned by the client) or offensive.
2. Payment & Pricing 💰
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Prices for custom 3D structures and decor are subject to change based on design complexity, material usage (PLA), and post-processing (hand-painting/varnishing).
3. Shipping & Delivery 🚚
We ship from Jaipur, Rajasthan. While we strive for 4-5 day dispatch, 3D printing is a precision-based process; technical delays (machine maintenance) will be communicated immediately. Cr8iwitty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
4. Returns & Refunds 🔄
Due to the personalized nature of our 3D printed products (Keychains, Photo Frames, Action Figures), we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. In case of damage, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for a replacement claim.
5. Privacy Policy 🔒
Your personal details (Name, Address, Phone Number) are used strictly for order fulfillment and communication. We do not sell your data. Images of your custom orders may be used for marketing on our Instagram @cr8iwitty unless you explicitly request otherwise.
